Policies and Terms and Conditions By making a purchase from Always Daydream you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions. Products All items sold by Always Daydream are my own design, unless stated otherwise. I do not give permission for my designs to be reproduced and sold under any circumstance. Any patterns sold by Always Daydream are for personal use only, and not for resale. The finished product must also not be sold. Prices The price of products will be specified on each individual item. This is subject to change, and may increase or decrease depending on the cost of materials, or time required to make the item. Please also note that any glitches, typos or errors in price are not required to be honoured. If an error has been made I will contact you to correct the price. Ordering You can order directly from my Etsy page https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/AlwaysDaydreamUK Alternatively, you can message me on Facebook with your order and email address. I will then send you a PayPal invoice. Payment Your order will not be made or dispatched until full payment is received. I accept payment via Etsy payment channels and PayPal. Delivery and timescale All orders will be sent Royal Mail signed for, to ensure that they arrive safely. You will have the option to select whether this is via first or second class service. This postage will be charged in addition to the cost of the items ordered, unless stated otherwise. You will be notified when your package is on the way, and I will also retain proof of postage. I use recycled packaging material where possible. As most of my items are made to order, the time needed to fulfil an order will vary for each. I will advise on an individual basis of the expected time frame, however it should never exceed 1-4 weeks. Returns and cancellation I am happy to accept returns within 28 days of receipt. unfortunately I cannot accept the return of customised pieces, unless there is a problem with the product. If you do wish to return an item, the product must be in condition in which it was received. You will be responsible for any postage cost incurred in returning the item. A refund will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the return. I also accept cancellation of orders within 24 hours of the order being made. Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and if you are not happy with an order for any reason, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve it.
