To my wonderful customers,
I wanted to take a moment to update you and explain why I have been quieter than usual recently.
Many of you will have noticed that I haven't been posting regularly and that my response times to messages have been slower than I would like. I sincerely apologise for this.
Alongside running my business, I am also a full-time carer for a close family member whose needs can vary greatly from day to day and often continue through the night. Over the past months, balancing these responsibilities has become increasingly challenging, and I have been experiencing significant burnout.
I want to reassure everyone that I have not stopped working, I have not forgotten about your orders, and I remain deeply committed to creating the memory bears and keepsakes that mean so much to the families who entrust me with their loved ones' clothing. I never take that trust for granted.
To help me move forward and create a more sustainable balance, I have recently secured a workspace close to my daughter's school. This will reduce the amount of time I spend travelling back and forth during the day and will allow me to dedicate more focused hours to my work.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. Your kindness means more than you know, especially during difficult periods. I am looking forward to sharing more updates, creating more treasured keepsakes, and reconnecting with you all in the weeks ahead.
