Web assisted telephone interviewing (WATI), which uses a mixed mode telephone technique combining online and telephone interviewing, is ideal for companies looking to exhibit an image or product to potential buyers to gain visual feedback.

An exciting addition to Protel’s range of services it provides an alternative to what would normally have required a face to face or hall test situation, enabling clients to see information in real time and gain a clear insight into their markets.

Enhancing CATI with graphics and CAWI with interviewer guidance, WATI uses CATI technique with the advantage of screen sharing. No webcams are needed and no technical set-up required.

Also ideal for conjoint analysis, WATI allows the interviewer to guide respondents through complex surveys with the product or service on display.

What market research goals are you setting this year?

Team Protel worked tirelessly in 2020 to ensure that operations continued as normal as possible throughout a challenging 2020 and that our customers received first class service during this difficult period.
