What started as a fun flavour for Cowes week 5 years ago, has now turned into one of our most popular flavours, and the one we are most proud of.

Available only in our shop in Cowes, and a true Isle of Wight gift, our mermaid fudge is also now a Great Taste award winner.

Available in hand wrapped gift boxes, gift bags and loose, this one is not to be missed.

Our banana fudge has now sold out, so next up, and back by request, is Rhubarb and Custard!

Available loose only.

We are always open to requests, so let us know any flavours you'd like and if we can make it, we will (nothing with palm oil, artificial colours or additives).

🏆 Congratulations to all the other Roly's Fudge pantries that entered and won Great Taste awards this year 🏆

All the Roly's fudge pantries work to the same high standards.

To check consistency across the board, this year individual pantries entered their own fudge to Great Taste and between us we won another 8 awards to add to our collection ❤️

🏆 Great Taste 2026 results are in 🏆

This year, we entered our Vanilla Clotted Cream, and our Isle of Wight special Mermaid Gin fudge to Great Taste.

We are delighted to say our Vanilla won 2 stars, and our Mermaid Gin won 1 star.

These will be added to the 100+ awards Roly's already has 😀

We are especially pleased with our Mermaid gin fudge, as this is exclusive to our shop in Cowes, not available anywhere else in the world ❤️

Thank you Great Taste, and thank you Isle of Wight Distillery for making such good gin 😀
