A super cosy meal idea perfect for a Sunday. And super easy to boot!

Cassoulet is a traditional French stew style dish, packed full of beans, duck and toulouse sausages. In a hearty meaty sauce. Simply pop into an oven proof dish and bake. Serve with crispy roast potatoes and plenty of steamed vegetables. Carrots and cabbages would be our top picks.

Fancy trying something different this Christmas with your turkey centrepiece? 🍒

This Cherry Vinegar, made right here on our island, is da bomb!

When prepping your roasting pan, with onions, carrots, rosemary, and garlic. Add in a hearty splash of Cherry Vinegar before topping with your turkey, duck, goose, or chicken. (i.e bird of your choice). The fruity addition does incredible things to the flavour of both the meat and in preparation for turning those delicious juices into one epic gravy!
