PROGRESS REPORT!!!

We are signing the lease this evening! We also have just had business bank confirmed! So we can start sending the invoices..
The only thing we dont have is a date just yet.. the current tenant is being a bit difficult but the wonderful landlords are dealing with him.
Should have an update on tuesday....

Beginning to get a bit more real, all the shelving and tables arrive and you're running out of storage space as they're dragging their heels with getting the shop empty for us to get moving in

Hi Everyone!
I am so sorry for the radio silence... its been 4 weeks since we submitted fitting plans and today they have finally been approved!!
Email says they plan for us to take occupation early next week!!

So contracts will be going out shortly!!

Little bit of market research in preparation for the shop....

When looking for cards do u prefer to shop by occasion or seller?

Personally I think by occasion but am also aware that sometimes sellers want to be separated.....opinions please x

We have had The Draft Lease!! Its getting closer now!
Landlord just had a few things we needed to confirm...

Another day, another haul of shop fittings!
We now have a shop counter, with storage and one side for displaying your wonderful crafts! 3 card spinners, as well as crates, baskets, shelves and wall displays!!
