Brian Lillie took .mcintyre43 & Dan Hogg on a guided experience river fishing for trout. Tom won the prize Brian kindly donated for our Sir Bobby Robson Foundation fund raiser at Christmas.
Unfortunately extremely low water conditions made it extremely difficult but the lads both managed trout euro nymphing, a big change in fishing for both lads who are more at home with DH rods chasing Salmon.

Again a big thank you to Brian for supporting our fundraiser to kick cancers arse 👏🏻 and good luck to yourself and the England team in the US for the worlds in a few weeks time.

John Lennox and the boys got their holidays off to a great start in the Scottish Islands. Nothing more we enjoyed at RaT than seeing the next generation of anglers enjoying the sport. Well done lads 👏🏻 O and dad 😁🎣.

Rod & Tackle booked Redeswood beats on the North Tyne for the second time for a salmon fishing experience for those new to salmon fishing. Jim Fern AAPGAI again provided the casting tuition and advice on rod & line choice. Conditions were far from ideal with low water & strong downstream winds.
