Just contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be sent in original packaging and sent via tracked delivery, this is to safeguard yourself in the event of the item being lost via the postal service used. I do accept Cancellations on physical items within 24 hours of the order being placed unless your order has been dispatched and posted. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order, if you receive your order and there is an issue with the product(s), please photograph the entire order and include it in your message. The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Your refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the items back, or when you provide evidence of the item being posted back,
this should be a tracking number or proof of postage that must include the postal address on the receipt issued from the Postal service. Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless product is faulty. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
