My work is predominately about the interaction I have with nature and my surrounding but also from old book engravings and museum collections. There's loads of very beautiful objects on sale here.

It’s time for Devon Open Studios again. This year I’m taking part with all my Double Elephant gang in Exeter. I will be showing some new work that’s not on fabric! Come and see them alongside some fantastic prints and paintings. It’s going to be fabulous!

Moxey photobombed my latest Dartmoor runners dying on the line. I’m taking these to the Lustleigh show on BH Monday. Looks like it’s going to be a great day out for everyone.

What a busy day! Pics1-4 are from the DAN show at TAGG in Teignmouth which is a great mixed media exhibition. Then off to the amazing DE 30 Years Shaping Print exhibition at THG, Honiton. Lynn and Simon gave a beautiful talk about the workshop they set up 30 years ago after leaving Uni. I met them both there as students when I was the Textiles Technician and it’s now an honour to be part of the DE working alongside them and the rest of the fantastic team. If you like printmaking you should visit the gallery. The curators, Gemma and Emma have hung the show beautifully. I’ve only shown a couple of groupings but I could have posted more, it’s that good!

Christmas walks done on Dartmoor and SW Coastpath. The colours in both of these landscapes are ones that have inspired my Seabirds table runner and napkins and my Driftwood Lamps. Having such varied landscapes here in Devon offers me a huge palette of colours to work with. I blend my own dyes then print these individually onto blank runners and napkins making each piece unique.

I don’t blow my own trumpet very often and those that know me well know that I don’t like fuss BUT……. Last week I travelled up to London to receive an award by and as one of their 40 best artisans of 2025!
I treated myself the next day to many hours in the the most inspirational museum. The ironwork gallery is my favourite place as they have a stencil quality to them, not unlike my shell Tea towel design.

It’s that time of the year again. The .craft.fundraiser Christmas fair is this Saturday coming!
I’ll be there in my usual spot (I hope) next to the fabulous cafe. Lots of great products all handmade by talented local makers.
