The next meeting of our friendly, non-party-political Politics & History Book Club will be at 7pm on Tuesday 15th September, in the Hub behind The Bookery (with free tea and coffee as usual).

We'll be discussing Marina Wheeler's A More Perfect Union: The Europe We Need. Marina was Boris Johnson's wife (since divorced) at the time of the Brexit referendum, so would have been at the heart of the debate.

📚️ Copies of the book are available from The Bookery at 20% discount - just drop in to see us and mention that you'll be attending. More details about the group from [email protected]

Customer recommendation time! One of our customers has recently finished the Flember series by Jamie Smart (of Bunny vs Monkey fame). Our young reader describes it as ‘magical and heroic’ and wants to recommend it to everyone, particularly aged 8+ ✨
