We're incredibly proud to celebrate AO driver Ken Wheatley💚

In the early hours of the morning, Ken came across a serious motorway collision involving a family trapped inside an overturned car. Alongside a group of fellow HGV drivers, he stepped in to help, working quickly to get the family to safety and protect them from further danger.

Once the family was out, Ken offered them warmth, reassurance and a safe place to wait until help arrived. One of the youngest passengers even found comfort in Ken's emergency supply of Mini Cheddars and a Twix.

It's this combination of bravery, kindness and putting others first that makes Ken a true AO hero. We're extremely proud of how he responded when a family needed help the most💚👏
