✨ Wellbeing Wednesday ✨ now, I'm 100% not saying I'm good at taking care of myself. I thrive off being busy. I hate sitting still. I power through some rough long lasting burn outs when I know I should listen to my body. But I'm conscious. And I'm trying to get better every single day. Literally. With unbelievable amounts of help from my fiancé, who is like the well-being god I didn't know I needed!

I walk for an hour every weekday morning, and honestly, so many of my bestselling designs have been inspired by those quiet moments outdoors 🍃 Pairing that inspiration with my passion for organic cottons and quality clothing is what helps shape the clothing you guys love!
After years of getting my head down and grafting, I forgot what I actually liked doing.
So the past year, I've got to know myself again. Being outside is a huge part of what I need. I love starting my day off with a riverside walk, sometimes with friends and family, sometimes alone. I love hiking and car camping. I love wild swimming! I love reading and running, and recently, I've found I can actually bake too! I've baked something or batch cooked something on every lunch break for nearly 2 weeks now (perks or working from home, saves money too!). I like crochet and painting and jewellery. And it all makes me feel so much better and gets me back in my flow. But most importantly, it's about making the time. Prioritising wellness. For the present and the future.
