🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
🍕 Managing the Argentinian steak grill – handling smoked wood embers and fire control during service.
🔥 Cooking traditional & creative wood-fired pizzas to perfection.
🔪 Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
📦 Managing inventory for pizza, steaks, and fresh produce, ensuring quality and freshness.
👨‍🍳 Working closely with the Garden Brasserie Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in menu development and sourcing high-quality ingredients.
• Support stock management and kitchen organization.
• Ensure food hygiene, safety, and health standards are met.

At the start of 2025, Culcheth Cycles Tandem Club a brand new activity is proud to announce an inspiring new partnership with Bury Tandem Club.
This collaboration—which includes my role overseeing the first Cheshire County Tandem Cycling Club and the surrounding areas—marks a significant step toward uniting communities, promoting better health, and sharing the joy of cycling with everyone, regardless of ability.

In late summer 2024, I had the privilege of bringing my 1977 gold Claude Butler tandem bike, a project I lovingly built for my mum and me to enjoy, through social media channels, the Bury tandem club committee saw my work, reached out, and shared with me the incredible possibilities of starting my own club. I spent a day with them, warmly welcomed into their environment, where I experienced firsthand the supportive and passion of their organization.

This experience profoundly touched my heart and soul, leaving me inspired by their mission. Bury Tandem Club is far more than just a cycling group—it’s a lifeline for individuals who might otherwise feel disconnected or isolated.

Our vision at culcheth tandem cycling club is to bring this same ethos to Cheshire County by working closely with local disability organizations, community groups, and passionate cyclists who share our dedication to promoting tandem cycling. We aim to rekindle the love for tandem riding as a cherished British pastime—an activity that everyone can enjoy.

We warmly invite organizations, local leaders, and blind or partially sighted communities across our towns and cities to connect with us. Together, we can expand this unique opportunity to even more people, welcoming knowledge from Bury Tandem Club committee to ensure no one is left behind.

This summer at Culcheth Cycles, we had a truly unforgettable moment when a legendary piece of cycling history rolled into our workshop. It was none other than a Pinarello TT bike, a marvel of engineering that had claimed victory in the Tour de France. But what made this bike even more special was its owner: the world-renowned cyclist Egan Bernal & the winner of the Tour de France in 2019🚴🚴‍♀️🚴🏻‍♂️🏆🥇🥇

This wasn’t just any bike—it was the machine that propelled Bernal to glory, a masterpiece crafted for speed and endurance. The carbon frame, with its aerodynamic contours and precision design, still bore the battle scars of the French countryside, whispering tales of mountain stages conquered and sprints won. The matte finish shimmered under our workshop lights, and the wheels, worn from countless hours of punishing terrain, carried the essence of competition.

As we got to work on fine-tuning the bike, there was a palpable sense of excitement in the air. We delicately adjusted the gears, polished the frame to its original luster, and checked every component to ensure it was in top racing form. Cyclists visiting our shop couldn’t believe their eyes; they gathered around to admire Bernal’s bike, snapping photos and sharing stories of how they had cheered for him from their living rooms.

For our team, working on a Tour de France-winning bike, owned by none other than Egan Bernal, was a dream come true. It was a summer highlight that reminded us why we love this sport, and it filled Culcheth Cycles with the spirit of champions, connecting us to the thrill of the race and the heroes who inspire us.

Topstone 5 carbon fibre gravel bike, bought new in June 2021 from Evans Cycles.

Super lightweight BallisTec Carbon Frame and forks with Kingpin suspension system (40mm of rear travel). The ride is unbelievably comfy over rough stuff!!

Frame is a medium, I am 6 ft tall and it fits me well noting Cannondale sizing says I should be a M/L but it’s a personal choice thing.

This is the ultimate gravel bike, amazing ride due to the kingpin rear suspension, Shimano GRX groupset, the rear mech having the clutch system reducing chain slap with hydraulic brakes, running tubeless tyre setup for minimal rolling weight.

Recent new Riddler 37mm tyres, chainrings, cassette and chain.

Selling as I am doing more road and planning on doing more MTB riding so this is not getting much use.

Comes with the best gravel mudguards SKS Speedrockers (£45) and dual bottle cages. The mudguards are absolutely awesome they never clog or rattle and you remain pretty much splatter free on a ride!

The bike has few marks from use but in fabulous condition, please feel free to pop round to inspect and/or test.

Pedals, rear light and top tube bag not included.
