A wonderful afternoon planting seeds to grow our own lettuce.

Also, sandwiches with ingredients from The Cookes Bakery, Brooke's Dairy, andIsle of Wight tomatoes. So many different flavours of tomatoes and all so yummy!

I just wanted to say... Omg it was so good to be back at work today!

Roll on tomorrow - hopefully a great day at ZWT. We have lots of amazing produce in. More strawberries, British lettuce coming in, AND the local asparagus has finally come down in price. Hurrah!!!
