With exactly 1 week to go, here's your reminder for the Dafen Forum Christmas Fair .
Join Santa and our local school choirs around the Christmas tree at 6pm, when Chair of Dafen Welfare Cricket Club Mr Chris Randell will switch the tree lights on!
Bagpiper in South Wales John Campbell will lead our parade up to the community hall, where Linsey Fun Fairs and Crazie Crepes Cafe will be in place to continue the fun with food and fair rides.
Inside the hall, Dafen Forum will serve hot mulled wine, mince pies, while our craft stalls and Dotty Doughnuts will keep your eyes and tastebuds busy !
Santa will be in his Grotto, so get in line and don't miss the main man, or his helpful Elf. 🎅
The kids can dance and party at the mini disco in Dafen Welfare Cricket Club marquee.
Pendragon Fireworks & Pyrotechnics will round off the evening with another of their fantastic displays.

Throughout the evening, there will be raffle tickets on sale with prizes including WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre, Dan-yr-Ogof, The National Showcaves Centre for Wales, The British Bird of Prey Centre, and much more.

Donations are kindly requested on entry to allow Dafen Forum to continue to hold Christmas, May Day and of course DafenFest events in 2026.
The serious bit ...........
PLEASE NOTE : Bryngwyn Road will be closed temporarily from Dafen Park entrance to Havard Road turning between 6.15 - 6.30pm to ensure the safety of parade participants.
Safe Hands Security LTD will be on site throughout the event.
Should you have any issues or queries during the event, Dafen Forum volunteers can be located around the site, but specifically inside the Community Hall.

Another safe and successful season is over. Thanks to every one of our amazing crew who have braved some awful conditions to provide displays all over wales. The feedback has been fantastic. Thanks also to our shop team who gave out great advice and safety tips for anyone doing their own displays. Last night after the last van was unloaded we sat down for a well earned meal and the annual “dum dum’ awards! 👏 🎇
