It's Dalbeattie's first Book Festival next week with lots of activities for children and families.
In our bookshop you will find an excellent selection of books on wild life from birds to butterflies, flowers and trees.

A very rare 1st edition (1908) of "The Covenanters" by J.King Hewison who was born in Dumfries and Galloway. It's the complete work in 2 volumes and it's in excellent condition. £180
