I am so incredibly grateful for TREES 🌳 Anyone who knows me well, knows how much I adore trees. These giant, life giving, growing, magnificent structures are each unique. Our lives and theirs are intertwined in such a way that we can't live without them.

Today we visited Petworth house and I snapped these pics (the first is my favourite tree of all time). There is a peace and perspective that comes from being in nature, so find a moment today to take a deep breath in, acknowledge whatever you're grateful for and breath out joy. You deserve it.

Day 1 of the school summer holidays here in Scotland and we went FRUIT PICKING!

I was in absolute heaven because it was a jungle of strawberry plants and my little people were so contented and loving being outside 🍓

We had a wee competition to find the strangest shaped strawberry (swipe to the third photo). I have a soft spot for the ones that are doing their own unique interpretation of being a strawberry, aren't we all a little like this 😉

One of the many gorgeous pictures I could have taken from my 6am walk this morning. It felt SO GOOD to be out! This week is mental health awareness week and the theme is connecting with NATURE 💚
I certainly felt calm, joy and wonder as I stepped out and now I'm home I'm relaxed and empowered, ready for the day ahead.

Yay, for nature! What a blessing this world is, we need to be the stewards it deserves.
