Another flooring transformation completed in this bungalow in Darlington! 🏡

Luvanto Fairfield Oak LVT fitted throughout, replacing the old carpet with a much more stylish, modern and cleaner-looking finish.

The difference is fantastic, and we’ll be returning soon to complete the final bedroom.

Another stunning transformation completed in Darlington by myself & John 🔨✨

Luvanto full plank parquet in Priory Oak, finished with a one-plank border, bringing a beautiful, timeless look to this newly refurbished kitchen, dining and family room.

The floor was installed over a perfectly smooth surface, prepared using Kerakoll screeding compound to achieve the ideal finish.

Now just waiting for the final fixtures and fittings — then this space is ready to go! 👌

New refurbished flooring project completed at Sure Start Darlington! 🛠️
Me & John uplifted the existing flooring materials, prepared the floors and screeded using Kerakoll Smooth Flow, before installing Tarkett Meteor 70 vinyl flooring.

The site is now looking fresh, clean and ready for the next stage — a fresh coat of paint and new doors to complete the refurbishment. 👌

On the safety floor this week in a walworth school in newton aycliffe . Door way after doorway but we pushed on & got it done . Polysafe by polyflor in the classroom corridors screeded using kerakoll screed . Getting sorted for the new term coming soon . 200sqm in 3 days me & John wiped out . But we got the job done with a few aches & pains
