Many of our customers will already know Mike.

With over 40 years in the electrical and lighting industry, Mike brings a huge amount of experience to his role as Sales Manager at TEP.

Formerly our Managing Director for 23 years, he’s helped shape TEP’s success through his technical expertise, practical knowledge and commitment to customer service.

Today, Mike continues to lead our sales and customer teams, helping contractors and commercial customers find practical lighting solutions that reduce costs, save energy and deliver long-term value.

When he's not at TEP, you'll likely find him out and about on his motorbike (a KTM 1290 Super Adventure S, if you were wondering!) or roaming the wilds of Scotland.

Staff Spotlight:

Many of our regulars will already know Neal from the counter.

Neal has been part of the TEP team for over 14 years and brings more than 30 years of retail experience to his role as Counter and Warehouse Supervisor.

He works closely with Joe, our Branch Manager to help maintain stock accuracy, support customers and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Good service comes down to people who care about the details, and Neal is a great example of that.

When he's not at TEP, you'll likely find him camping near RAF bases catching daily operations as a keen aviation photographer who enjoys fast and noisy military jets or occasionally visiting a slightly less noisy but equally busy Heathrow.

We’re now stocking a range of Live Electrical UK consumer units, giving you another practical option for domestic and small commercial jobs.

The range includes useful installer-friendly features, including large accessible wiring space, extra space for RCBOs and MCBs, retained lid screws, multiple cable entries and rear slots, a lid installation clip, spirit level, lock option and free accessories included with the boards.

Double and triple stack versions are also available.
