Have you got a reluctant reader? Then read on....
My youngest much prefers to be read to, and can be pretty reluctant to practise. We've been mixing it up, and testing to see if reading at a different time of day makes a difference ๐ค
Mornings seem to be our sweet spot at the moment, so that's what we're going with for now.
The time of day that you read, really can make a difference to how much you enjoy it, so if you're struggling with reluctance, why not try giving a different time of day a go โฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธ
โ๏ธ Morning Magic โ Your mind is fresh, and starting the day with a book can set a positive tone for the hours ahead. Whether it's a chapter before breakfast or a quick story, it gets your brain buzzing!
๐ Midday Escape โ Need a break from the hustle and bustle? Reading during lunch or a mid-afternoon slump can offer a refreshing escape, helping you re-energize and focus for the rest of the day.
๐ย Evening Calmย โ After a busy day, winding down with a good book can be a peaceful way to transition into bedtime. It relaxes the mind and can even help improve sleep quality.
Try reading at different times to see when it feels best for you or your little ones. ๐
