When our son was about three years old, he used to run up the garden (where the pretend food shop is, you know!) and come back with: "bread, milk, sweets and all sorts of things". That was always what he bought and he said it so matter-of-factly that I thought "That's the perfect name for a business, if I ever have one". I decided to start off with rusks because my family, extended family and frie
nds love them. I've always given them to the children as an alternative to biscuits and they love leaving the crumbs out for the birds. They are part of my South African heritage & are made to my Mum's recipes. Each order will be sent with a list of ingredients and there are currently over nine flavours available:
