Playing with sticks.

Some weeks all the action is below the water level and out of site. That was mostly this weeks experience.

We've tidied the workshop. Done the books for the taxman and strategised for the back end of the year.

But for a bit of yesterday and today I'm back playing with sticks.

As you can see nothing is finished and there's a lot of sticks to find a use for. All that means is there's lot's of 'happy thoughts ' just waiting to be discovered.

Maybe see you over the weekend at 'Craft in the Garden'.

NEW EVENT.

Just some of what's on offer this weekend.
I'm aiming to have another Lazy Susan ready and maybe a few surprises as well.

I believe parking is a pound which goes towards the upkeep of the nearby Castle.

Market day

Bespoke Chess sets.

It's been such a super busy week in the workshop that I've not had time to post.

Super pleased with how projects have developed and ready to take them out and about.

I've made some drink and biscuit trays which I'll drop off at the 'Crafty Coo ' in Ayr on Saturday afternoon after a day at Coastal Artisans market @ The Cutty Sark also in Ayr.

The chess sets take for ever to complete but I do enjoy the satisfaction of seeing them come together when adding the pieces to the board.

Anyways tomorrow is a packing and tidying day in preparation for the weekend.

We're putting the finishing touches to a few new pieces. Hopefully see you there.

Saturday the 1st of August pop along to The Cutty Sark on Ayr's High Street. You will find the local Artisan Market with a treasure trove of goodies along with the Farmers Market out side.

Flying solo.

Super busy creating in the workshop ready for upcoming events. Aron's away to camp so I'm going solo on a couple of these dates while he's being ferried to and from drop off points.

Super Exciting

Another 'Happy Thought ' sits glued to the front door in eager anticipation of the postman picking it up for it's journey to it's new home.

Finally getting some pear fruit this summer. It's good to see nature in action.
