Trying out the Pete’s Pantry Hot Honey at Cluck & Moo 🌶️🍯

Hot honey is all the rage at the moment, bringing that perfect mix of sweet and spicy to pretty much anything.

We personally love it fried with halloumi and tucked into a warm pitta with salad - we add a little squeeze of lemon juice and a handful of fresh herbs to balance it all out.

We’ll be putting this one to the test… stay tuned for our thoughts 👀

Sometimes you just can’t beat a proper cuppa and a homemade scone on a Thursday afternoon ☕️

Especially when the scones are from Tease Your Tastebuds … and, genuinely, they have to be some of the best scones you’ll ever try!

Perfect for a little afternoon treat, a midweek pick-me-up, or an excuse to stop by Darwen Market and pick some freshly baked ones up.

Jam then cream, obviously! 😋

We’re looking forward to another busy Friday here at Darwen Market.

If you’re thinking about what to have for tea tonight or planning your meals for the weekend, there’s plenty to choose from. Pick up a juicy steak or a proper pie for Friday night, one of Shelley’s cooked chickens from Cluck & Moo, or some lovely lamb chops for Sunday lunch from Turners Butchers.

And, of course, there are plenty more brilliant stalls to visit while you’re here, whether you’re doing the weekly shop, picking up a few treats or stopping for a bite to eat.
