Announcement: After much deliberation we have made the difficult decision to close Little Chocolate Teapot Company! Rising costs & supply issues on top of an already difficult time during the pandemic has made it no longer viable to continue. We will be at our last 2 events 21st November and 27th November at Daventry Market. We only have a limited supply of chocolate left so if there is anything specific you would like please let me know. We would like to thank all our lovely customers for supporting us over the years! x

Joking aside - Cacao trees are also seriously threatened by global warming, because they can only thrive within 10 degrees of either side of the equator with stable temperatures, high humidity, and ample amounts of rain, according to Harvard University. However, temperatures are rapidly rising while rainfall has decreased by 30 percent in the last 50 years, which, in turn, also lowers the humidity. By 2050, cacao trees are expected to die out by almost 33 percent worldwide!
