ONLINE CUSTOMERS:

The last shipping day for Royal Mail deliveries for Christmas is Friday, 20th December 2024.

You will still be able to place orders over the Christmas period, however after the 20th December the next dispatch date of any orders made will be Thursday, 2nd January 2025.

In our eyes this is good news, we have long bemoaned the environmental impact as one of the main reasons these types of devices should not be produced and sold in this day and age.

Disposable v**es will be banned under the Environmental Protection Act partly due to the millions incorrectly disposed of every WEEK just in the UK.

This ban is unlikely to happen before early next year, but if you want to get ahead of the game and move to a more environmentally friendly option, please pop in and see us for advice on the right product you.

Please remember we do have bins in our shops for v**e battery disposal, so please return to us if you have no other way of recycling.

It will also become illegal for anyone born after January 1 2009 to buy to***co under the prime minister's plan to create a smoke-free generation.

Hi all, just an update. We're so sorry we haven't been able to open Chipping Norton shop this week yet. I am sure you will understand it is a decision we haven't taken lightly, but we have a family member seriously ill in hospital. Kidlington remains open and we are attempting to get through online orders as quickly as possible between hospital visits. Please bare with us at this difficult time, we hate letting you all down but as I am sure many of you will agree, family comes first.

ONLINE ORDERS - CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

Please note the last delivery day prior to Christmas for Royal Mail 1st class post is officially Thursday, 22nd December 2022.

However, due to ongoing Royal Mail strikes we would highly recommend getting any urgent Christmas orders in, in advance of this date.

We will be closed for any postal orders on the following dates:

24th - 28th December inclusive

31st Dec - 2nd Jan inclusive

Any orders made over this time will not be shipped until the 29th Dec or 3rd Jan.

Our shops and offices will be closed 25th - 27th December inclusive and 1st - 2nd January inclusive - we will be unable to respond to any queries during this time.

The last 2 days of the Royal Mail strike are due to happen this Thursday and Friday (8th and 9th September).

Any urgent orders should be placed by 1pm tomorrow as anything ordered from Wednesday onwards will not be processed/delivered until after the 12th September.

Again, we do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, but unfortunately this is out of our control.

Dear all

Please note today is the 2nd date of 4 of the expected strike days organised by Royal Mail.

All orders made today will be taken to the Post Office tomorrow as they will not be processed by Royal Mail until then.

Please also be aware there are 2 further dates for expected strikes (8th and 9th September) where there is likely to be even more disruption.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, however as we hope you can appreciate, this is unfortunately completely beyond our control.

Hi all

Just a quick heads up that we are in the final stages of the launch of our shiny new website. Although it will look very different most of the functions will remain the same (with some new snazzy added ones!) and all your account information will be saved onto the new version.

Currently it is likely we will be going live on Tuesday, 9th November and the website is likely to be unavailable most of Monday, 8th November - so if you do need to order anything, please get your orders in nice and early!
