Through research and trial and error Melting Whisk was born and Ash began selling beautiful coloured and shiny Bonbons in a local deli store and through markets. First of our 6 flavours is Raspberry Ripple, inspired by our collaboration with The Local Scoop.
Featuring our house-made raspberry vanilla caramel, layered with a silky white chocolate vanilla ganache, all using real vanilla seeds, and encased in milk chocolate, this bonbon captures the nostalgic flavours of a classic Raspberry Ripple ice cream.
The same raspberry vanilla caramel was used in The Local Scoop's Gold-winning Food Drink Devon | Local food & drink news ice cream at last year's awards, and we're excited to bring this flavour to our latest bonbon.

Inspired by the classic ice cream, this bonbon features layers of silky milk chocolate ganache and dark chocolate ganache studded with roasted hazelnut pieces, all encased in a milk chocolate shell.
