Miss K's 16th cake.. biscoff biscuit base, white choc biscoff gnash layer, brownie layer, caramel layer, and a milk choc gnash layer.. white biscoff drips, with biscoff buttercream swirls and biscoff biscuits! Was not at all for the faint hearted even I struggled to finish a piece! Soooooooo good!

So after 2 years of no baking here is Miss K's panda cake she asked for for her 7th birthday party tomorrow :) not my best work but considering I cut Mt thumb down to the bone after covering I basically did all decorating with 1 hand and a palm :) so in all pretty happy :)

My little one wanted a mermaid cake for her birthday tomorrow.. not my baby anymore 😭.
I think I delivered though! after alot of tears.. not bad since I make maybe 3 cakes a yr haha. Was a few new firsts for me making this one :) I hope she likes it!

So... im a fondant freak.. and to work without was a new challenge for me.. i love my roses (only my second time trying them! So be kind 😂) i love the hearts.. and obviously all the glitter.. but i just dont like them not on the blank canvas fondant gives you. I hope my nan and grandad like it. What a milestone 50 years married and going strong 😍

So this lego star wars themed cake was for Master K's 7th birthday and was all worth it for the wide eyed.. huge grinnned.. WOW that i recieved when he first saw it :) Happy Birthday!!

And some sweet cones I was making at half midnight last night 😂 x
