It is sushi time!

When the August moon is full by tradition the Swedish crayfish season starts. Bundles of crayfish are served up with fresh bread, cheese and accompanied by silly hats and matching bibs.
I wanted to bring a celebration for shellfish to the next pop ups and the menu is based on this but served up as freshly made sushi. We are tasting oysters, lobster, langoustine, prawns and scallops but if you prefer a vegetarian option please look below. No silly hats and bibs but a good time and we hope you can join us for sushi & shellfish under the August moon.

Welcome canape, a herb wrapped Japanese prawn ball with a glass of bubbly
Amuse bouche
An oyster with slivers of ginger and yuzu vinegar
Starter
Smoked oyster & cockle chowder
Main course
Sushi selection, lobster roll, langoustine roll, carrot & toasted cashew nut roll, cold water prawn nigiri, scallop nigiri, tomato nigiri served with soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi
Dessert
Fig frangipani tart with vanilla creme fraiche

Cherry tomato with basil & mozzarella
Oyster mushrooms
Sweetcorn chowder
Mango & whipped feta cheese nigiri, tomato nigiri, aubergine nigiri, shredded king oyster mushroom roll, tomato, avocado & samphire roll, tomato nigiri, carrot & toasted cashew roll.

All events are held in the Street food bar, and you will be sat with other guests. It’s a great opportunity to make new friends or invite everyone you know and fill a table!
Payments must be made when booking to avoid disappointment.
Refunds are only given with 48 hours’ notice.

Our Street Food Bar will be open.
Sunday, right through from the
26th July to the 30th August
Service from 12pm - 4pm.
Choose from our delicious selection of elevated street style foods from around the globe.
Ranging from fish tacos, shell on prawn tapas, salt & pepper squid, halibut snitzel, paella, crab salad, skin on fries…… the list goes on.
Our menu will change according to seasons and availability, so please check our blackboard for latest menu options.
There’s no need to book and we have plenty of sharing tables.
A full wine list, soft drinks, tea and coffee available.
