Post Office Van Update:

We have received the following information from the Post Office -

“Barring any disasters we will be with you from the 25th September with a member of staff returning to work for us on the mobile Post Office another member of staff taking their driving assessment for back up for holidays and sickness so we should be more reliable going forward.
Thanks again for your understanding and patience whilst we deal with the breakdowns and staffing issues.”

Please share this information to get the word around Dentdale that the Post Office Van will return on 25th September.

As you know we are not only a shop but we are a Bed & Breakfast too. We have 3 en-suite bedrooms which can all be either double, single or twin rooms.

There’s a saying “The clue is in the title.” and our breakfast offerings are plentiful, take a look for yourself.

Friday 11th September - No Post Office Van ‼️

We have been received apologies but due to unforeseen staffing issues there will be no Post Office Van today (11th) or next Friday (18th).

The Post Office Van will be in Dent on 25th as long as nothing else prevents it.

We will continue to pass on any information that we receive.

Dent village bin collections will now be Friday. Please share

This is your freindy binmen jake. Due to the roadworks the big wagon couldn't get through today. Please leave your bins out. A small vehicle will collect them tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience. Plus Craig says hi
