At long last a stock update on some of this week’s new titles!

Hello September! I for one am pleased to see August behind me!

For those of you that don’t know, I was rushed into Chesterfield Royal Hospital on the 5th of August and had major surgery 6 days later.

Miraculously with the help of my staff, volunteers, dad and son, the shop has managed to remain open every day.

I’m now making a slow and steady return to the shop. As I can’t lift, bend or reach for a few weeks yet, things may take a little longer whilst the piles of boxes and bags ready to be priced up grows bigger.

I’d like to thank my dad, son, daughter and sisters for taking care of me, my staff and volunteers for all pulling together and the NHS @ Chesterfield Royal for acting so quickly. The care I received was amazing.

Thanks
Nicola x
