Half term is nearly over and I know some children get anxious at the thought of returning to school, my little bedtime Buddies or worry buddies pocket tins can be just the assurance your little one needs when they feel a bit anxious. Simply knowing you have secret little buddies in your pocket can make a huge difference to big feelings. There are two poem options with this pocket tin or you can opt out of the poem entirely.
Poem 1 reads,
We are your bedtime Buddies
Tuck us in our cosy bed.
Let's dream of all the fun we've had
The little buddies said.
It's time to go to sleep now
So close your tired eyes.
We're your bedtime buddies
