Part 2 - Finals

Front bedroom, master bedroom, small bedroom, landing and stairs all given a fresh new lease of life. We uplifted the existing floors, installed SP101 plywood base, and finished with Karndean Designflooring Rose-Washed Oak in a traditional straight lay design, complete with matching stair nosings for a smart, durable finish.

What an awesome project this was!

In the loft, we worked across the whole main area, cupboards, eaves and stairs, making it the biggest and longest carpet we’ve tackled so far 😳 and all the way to the top floor too.

With MuteMat 3 laid to the main floor space only, plus Victoria Carpets Ltd GRACE in ‘Divine’ and Wilsons Underlays plush walk underlay, the result was just incredible.

Great flooring project!

First step: grinding the liquid screed to remove laitance and create a perfectly level, clean base.

3 bedrooms, landing and stairs fitted with new gripper rods, aluminium doorbars and Cloud 9 Cirrus underlay, finished in Cormar Carpets - Fairisle, Cape Fog.

1st floor bathroom and ensuite, plus ground floor kitchen / diner, utility, cloakroom, hall and lounge prepped with Mapei UK Ltd then we installed Amtico Spacia, Dry Cedar (XL plank) in a sleek stripwood design.

From prep to final trim, a full-house transformation built to last.
