🌸Hi everyone ! A little bit of upsetting news today - unfortunately for the second time a fellow business owner of the high street has came into the shop shouting and bawling at the girls ! 🌸

Today was an incident regarding parking - one of our lovely girls had her car parked in front of the shop to pop a funeral tribute inside. Totally aggressive and quite embarrassing overreaction from this women who came in aggressively - None of the shop girls should be ever ever ever spoken to in such a tone and it’s absolutely NOT hard to simply ask if a vehicle to be moved.

The first incident was when their business was reported for changing a shop front without permission and planning - unfortunely she came in agressively to ask if I had been reported (obviously not as your clearly issued with guidance on your shop fronts) also however the tone I was I was the reportee (I’m sure if you have been in the shop the girls and myself couldn’t tell you the first thing about planning permission and shop fronts). Im sure this is very stressful however also is having a baby + running a shop (albeit with the loveliest help from the girls abused today) and I am managing to not go into her premises shouting for very little reason.

We aren’t about beef - but I will simply NOT stand for the wonderful girls in the shop to be at the end of this abuse.

The ending of this lovely post is just to give this lady the opportunity to apologise to the girls in person / no attitude. If this doesn’t happen I will unfortunately have to post the abuse and reaction of this women from the CCTV ! Not a good look for her business but unfortunately no one deserves to go to work to have an earful !

The girls are amazing , the customers are amazing ! No complaints but I absolutely want to retain the wonderful staff I do have and therefore will not let behaviors as above slip.
