😴✨ A little mini break ✨😴
I have decided I need to take a few days to step back, recharge and look after myself, and I’ll be back on Monday 14th September! 🫶🏼
The last few weeks/ months have been incredibly busy, and after some super long working hours, many nights working well into the early hours, working from home every day throughout the summer holidays with no childcare, and generally just going, going, going… I’ve realised I need to take a minute to recover and recharge. 🙈
If you’re currently waiting for an order, please don’t worry at all — your orders will still be completed on time! ❤️ this includes all orders that have come in this weekend and today, I just won’t be able to take on any new custom orders from now until Monday 14th September.
Although this might sound a little negative, it’s actually because I’ve been a bit too busy and you all know I hate saying no, and I can’t tell you how incredibly grateful I am for that. 🥹🫶🏼 You guys continue to trust me to create so many lovely things for you, and every single order, message and person who pops up in my inbox means more to me than you know!
I think I just need to get a little better at managing my own capacity and the limited working time I actually have. Sometimes I get so engrossed in what I’m doing — because I genuinely love it so much — that I just keep going and going without stopping to look after myself… and eventually, it catches up with me! 🙈😂
On a really exciting note though, I’ve also been thinking about bringing someone in to give me a helping hand, especially in the run-up to and throughout the festive season! 🎄✨ So keep your eyes peeled 👀 and if anyone knows someone who loves getting crafty, is creative and might be interested in giving me a hand, please bear me in mind! 🫶🏼 I’d absolutely love to find the right person to join me during what I’m sure is going to be another very busy festive period! 🥹❤️
So, this is me taking a little breather, clearing the backlog, recharging my batteries and coming back ready to go again! ✨
