We have officially closed the Balby shop, thank you to all our customers for the kind words.

For the last week we are open anything we have left in the shop will be half price. Thankyou to the community that has supported us, and the kind words of how much we will be missed. It really means a lot to us all. Hope to see you for our final week.

It is with great sadness that we must announce that DIAL Doncaster will be closing on the 31st Of March 2026 due to loss of funding.



Our Charity Shops will remain open until the 6th of March.



It has been our absolute privilege to serve the residents of Doncaster for the last 43 years.



Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way.

It has been a pleasure to see our customers and have a chat with them, you will all be missed. Thank you for all the support you have personally shown to the Balby shop.


Our Welfare Benefits Service will no longer be able to take on new clients and existing cases will be transferred to CADB.

Polite notice: our shop will be closed from Thursday 21st Aug we will reopen Wednesday 27th August. Please do not leave donations as we can't collect them, this then leads to people going through the items and littering them down the street. Thank you.

Our shop will be closed this Friday 11th, open as normal Monday 14th.

We only have a few fathers day items left for sale and fishing equipment. We will be closed from Monday 16th June and will reopen Monday 23rd June.
