My husband and my children have all abandoned me at home so it’s just me, which has left me almost paralysed because like - what do I do without the chaos?!?

So considering I can’t get off the sofa I thought I’d still try to do some prep…

My stocking outline has been updated and dotted lines ready for my 1st trial!

I’ll be doing a fair few practice runs because I literally haven’t touched the sewing machine for months

But - I cannot wait for this one guys…. Cannot wait to start it and show you

For the first time in my sewing career - I have pre washed the fabric 😂😂😂😂

I don’t know if it’s just a me issue or not but I simply don’t make anything to care whether it will shrink or not 😂

That being said, I’m just making sure my options are open as it’s also my largest piece of fabric I’ve ever bough too so could make a few different bits with this

I am no where near finished with my mini floofy beasts so it’s still on the hoop!

I’ve done 4 different versions to get a feel for what I like style wise but also so they’re slightly different as they’re being given as gifts!

I’m rushing them sadly as I’ve typically left this till last minute 😂😂

I woke up early due to feeling extra death like this morning with a side serving of diminishing voice.

I tried to do a bit more of my new design mug rug/cup carpet but my brain wasn’t in it.

Instead though in true ADHD fashion, left sorting my teenagers room out until a day or two before he comes home from his dad’s (practically for 3 weeks).

So I gutted it entirely! I found 9-10 year old underpants that he likely wore when he was 7 😂😂😂 he is 13 and 6ft tall in men’s clothes so you can see it’s been a while since it last had a sort out!

I then went out to buy him a TV bracket - which we can’t fit without proper screws…

Went to fit the LED lights I bought him for his birthday last year - that I now can’t find…

So decided the whole room needed switching to make up for all my failures thus far lol

I did manage to buy the right light bulb to make his room epileptic safe because apparently not all bulbs can be used with dimmable switch! 🥴

Crafting it may not be - but real life for all crafters. Especially the spicy ones 😬😂

This was JUST what was inside one wardrobe! 😬
