🎯 TARGET FISH TICKED OFF — MAX DOES IT! 🎯

We knew it wouldn’t be long before Max got his hands on the fish he’s been after! 💪🎣

The Dad & Lad duo headed down to the syndicate first thing, but with it being busy they made the call to drop back onto the other water for the morning… and what a decision that turned out to be! 🔥

Max has finally landed his target fish! 🐋

It might not be the biggest carp in the lake, but fishing isn’t always about pounds and ounces. Sometimes there’s that one particular fish you want in the net — and for Max, this was the one. ✅

After putting the time in and chasing it throughout their little summer campaign, he’s finally got his prize.

What a session from Mindset Baits Youth Ambassador Arthur! 🔥💪

Arthur headed to Lakes for a 48-hour session on the small lake and absolutely smashed it, landing an incredible 16 carp, with the biggest tipping the scales at 24lb! 🐋🎣

Arthur found his spot tight to a reed line and fished three rods on the area, using solid bags packed with crushed Mindset Surge boilies.

🌊 The baiting approach:
🔥 5 Spombs of crushed Surge boilies & House Pellet to kick-start the spot
🎯 Solid bags fished accurately to the reed line
💥 After every fish, another 3 Spombs went straight back onto the spot

We’re excited to welcome 17-year-old William Backhouse to the Mindset Baits Team as one of our newest young ambassadors! 💪🟢

William is a keen young carp angler with a serious passion for the sport and already has some impressive fish under his belt.

🔥 Ultimate goal — First UK 50LB+

For William, carp fishing is about far more than simply putting fish on the bank. He loves the whole process — finding the right spots, working out a water, getting the rigs and bait right and putting in the time needed to finally get that all-important bite.

He’s constantly looking to learn, improve and push his fishing forward, developing his knowledge of rigs, bait, watercraft and carp behaviour.

William’s future plans are ambitious. He wants to tackle new and more challenging venues, target some of the UK’s bigger and more recognised carp and build a collection of memorable captures along the way.

At just 17 years old with a 40lb UK PB already, there’s plenty more to come. 👀🔥

We’re looking forward to following William’s journey and having him representing Mindset Baits on the bank.
