POV: when you put a baker and flower farmer together…

…and suddenly an apple tree becomes a team sport. šŸ˜‚

Me (Sophie) + Lizzie from Lizzie Baking Bird = one shakes the tree, one collects the apples, and Claire gets the evidence.

Because apparently when you put a flower farmer and a baker together, the logical thing to do is go apple picking… but make it chaotic.

We’re already thinking about what these apples could become… I’m hoping Lizzie will let us taste!

If you love seasonal baking, British flowers, flower farming, baking from scratch, locally grown produce, countryside life and behind-the-scenes small business chaos, you’re in the right place.

Watch until the end for the full apple-collecting operation.

Who would you be?ā€ØšŸŽ The apple shakerā€ØšŸ„§ The bakerā€ØšŸŽ„ The one filming the chaos

Tag your baking buddy / flower-loving friend who needs to see this.

Follow us for British-grown flowers, flower farming and life behind the scenes, and Lizzie Baking Bird for baking and delicious things made from scratch.

Beautiful summer tones for C & J’s wedding on the 01.08.26.

And just look at that view over Ringstead Bay… St Catherine’s-By-The-Sea is definitely a favourite for intimate ceremonies.

C & J opted for our smaller meadow boxes to frame their ceremony. These doubled as their reception flowers, as each meadow box holds 4 jam jars of flowers. Making your wedding flowers work for you!

Last year, we created this meadow-inspired ground arch for K & R.

We believe your wedding flowers should work beautifully for you — not just for one moment, but throughout your wedding day and beyond.

Wherever possible, we design wedding florals that can be repurposed, moved and enjoyed in different parts of your celebration. From ceremony flowers becoming part of your reception styling, to flowers being taken home and enjoyed long after the last dance, we want you to love your wedding flowers for as long as possible.

At the heart of everything we do are British-grown flowers and foliage. Every stem we use is either grown by us or sourced from other local flower growers, keeping seasonal, locally grown flowers at the heart of our wedding floristry.

And for couples wanting to share the joy of their flowers, our Evening Bloom Bar offers a beautiful way to give your wedding flowers a second life.

A thoughtful and memorable way to continue the celebration, with your wedding flowers becoming beautiful gifts for the people you love.

Talk to us about how your wedding florals can be repurposed and how our Evening Bloom Bar can help you and your guests enjoy them for even longer.

Because your wedding flowers should work for you — beautifully, thoughtfully and in more ways than one.
