An amazing result!! A massive thank you to all the incredible volunteers who make this endeavour run so smoothly!! 👏🏼🙌🏻👏🏼🙌🏻👏🏼

Wow, wow, wow! We are absolutely thrilled to announce that this year our Christmas Treecycle initiative has raised an incredible £18,058!

This is a record-breaking year for Weldmar Hospicecare, with over 1600 trees collected across Dorset. These vital funds will go directly toward providing specialist care for patients with a life limiting illness and support for their loved ones.

A huge thank you to our amazing partners at Trinity Street Christmas Trees for their continued support with logistics and coordinating so many volunteers, and to the brilliant Knighton Countryside Management Ltd who are ensuring every single tree is disposed of sustainably, chipping them to be used as biomass fuel. ♻️

Finally a huge thank you to our army of enthusiastic volunteers, local businesses, community groups and everyone who booked a collection supporting Weldmar this January. We're so proud of what we've achieved together, we certainly couldn't have done it without you! 💙💚

We are helping raise a huge amount of money this weekend for Weldmar Hospicecare collecting trees across Dorset , we could do with another couple of helpers to drive a van and collect trees on Saturday. Please whatsapp tamzin on 07980 556905 if you would like to be part of this amazing project.

What if we told you that for a suggested donation of just £10 you could cross that job off of your to-do list, help a local charity provide free care for patients with life limiting illnesses and support their loved ones, AND ensure your tree is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way?

If you live in one of the following postcodes, you can pop to our website, fill in some info, make your donation, and then all you have to do is make sure your tree is outside on the day of collection. Easy trees-y!

Our team of volunteers collect across Dorset from: DT1, DT2, DT3, DT4, DT5, DT6, DT8, DT9, DT10, DT11, SP7, SP8

Weldmar's Treecycle is in partnership with Trinity Street Christmas Trees, and supported by Knighton Countryside Management Ltd who turn all of the collected trees into sustainable biomass fuel!
