Don't forget the flax pulling tonight in West Bexington, arrive from 5.30 to start at 6pm!

DIRECTIONS
Tamarisk Farm is in the village of West Beckington, east of Bridport, off the Coast Road at Swyre.
Parking will be available in a field off Labour in Vain Lane - on the left after Marco Polo House. Look out for the Flax Forward Banner. If you are able please car share from Bridport as easy parking is limited.

An opportunity to help with the harvesting of Tamarisk Farm Flax on Wednesday 29th July 18.00 - 20.00 - arrive from 17.30.

Come along and help pull this years flax crop and de seed (rippling) before loading into the trailer to take the flax off for drying ahead of retting.

DIRECTIONS

WHAT TO BRING:
Be prepared for warm weather and uneven ground. Wear stout footwear, sun screen and hat. Refreshment will be avaialbe but do bring your own water.

The Harvesting will be led by Adam Simon,Tamarisk Farm, who will instruct regarding the pulling and rippling stages and organise loading into trailers.
