I had to share this super lovely review from one of my strollers, Rita. When we meet new people we have no idea what their journey has been but I do know we provide a friendship and support network going forward with our stroll classes 😊

Joining TJ’s Stroll class 2 years ago was the best thing I ever did. I’m 85 years of age and thought I would be too old but with Tracey’s encouragement, it has kept me mobile, kept me fit and I have made some lovely new friends. It’s lots of fun and we have lots of laughs dancing to the music of the 50s/60s and 70s. Tracey is a great teacher and with the help of Michelle puts us through our paces each week. I was at a low point in my life when I joined having lost several loved ones but I was made to feel so welcome and now feel like part of one big happy family and it has given me a new purpose in life. There is also a great social life attached to TJ’s. Joining for me was definitely the best thing I ever did and no regrets. Thank you Tracey Allen you’ve given me a new lease on life. ❤️
