Did you know loneliness can affect both mental and physical health?

Many men struggle silently with isolation, especially after retirement, bereavement, illness, or changes in routine.

You are always welcome at Riverside Community Hub for a chat, activities, a warm drink, or to find out what support is available locally.

From quizzes and exercise classes to cafés and community lunches, there are many ways to reconnect.

You do not have to face things alone 💙

🚨 URGENT VOLUNTEER NEEDED 🚨

We are urgently looking for a Saturday volunteer to join our team at Riverside Charity Shop, Dover.

🕐 Hours: Saturdays, 1pm – 4pm

We’re looking for someone happy to help with:
✅ Sorting donations
✅ Till work
✅ General shop support
