Behind a private door, Father Christmas is preparing a very special experience for Christmas 2026.

Santa’s Study isn’t an ordinary grotto. Each appointment is reserved for one family at a time, giving children their own precious moment with Father Christmas—without being rushed through alongside other families.

Every booked child will also receive their own personalised letter and complete North Pole Archives keepsake collection, beginning a magical nine-year Christmas tradition. 🎁

Bookings aren’t open just yet, but appointments will be extremely limited.

Families on our Priority List will receive 48-hour priority access before booking opens to everyone else.
