We’ve had quite a few orders coming through marked as Click & Collect, when they actually need posting.

If you’d like us to save your order to add to later, that’s absolutely fine! 🤍 However, please make sure you add postage to your original order.

Unfortunately, we don’t have time to manually create draft postage orders or contact customers individually to arrange postage after an order has been placed. It also causes confusion for our packing team, especially while we’re training new staff.

I think what a lot of people don’t realise is that it’s not just taking pictures in nice clothes … although that’s the best bit 🤭A little glimpse into 6 minutes of my 12-hour day as a small business owner 🤍
And this is all before I’ve packed a single order, replied to 100+ messages, answered 50+ emails, processed returns, and even thought about going live but good job there’s another 12 hours left of the day 😅
