“When I Grow Up I Want To Be A Butterfly” 🦋 - The Very Hungry Caterpillar 🐛

The Duffield Scarecrow Competition starts today and we have already seen some amazing entries.

Purchase a map from the shops in Duffield to check them all out as some are a little bit hidden - there is even a great one at Duffield Fire Station. All proceeds supporting two great charities.

Visit the Duffield Arts Festival page to find out more - the event runs until Sunday.

Enjoy!

If you have visited the farm for milk today you might have seen construction in progress 🦺 🚧
The theme this year is “When I Grow Up I Want To Be …….”
Here’s a very small sneak peak - any guesses yet?!!!

A big milk cheers and massive good luck to the Hawkstone Farmers Choir who will be singing live on ITVs Britain’s Got Talent at 7pm this evening!

Made up of farmers from around the country and raising awareness of mental health in isolated rural communities.

They certainly get our vote!

Full Freezer Restock!

A fresh delivery of icecream has arrived in the milkshed from Coldeaton Jersey Ice Cream, just in time for the hot bank holiday weekend ☀️

Just look at these new flavours in the 480ml size - biscoffe, cappuccino and black cherry 😋

Enjoy the long weekend 🤩

The extremely dry summer of 2025 resulted in poor crops of winter feed - this has meant we now have very hungry cows!
We have noticed lush grass in your gardens and have therefore devised a rent a cow scheme.
We know this will be very popular and is open strictly to our milk round customers only.
This means you will no longer need to mow your lawns and provides the added bonus of fresh fertiliser for your roses!!
There is no need to apply, your cow will be dropped off with your delivery and collected back before milking time.
We hope you love meeting Beryl, Dave, Pirate and the rest of the ladies up close and personal.

How exciting is this?!!
It would be like winning a golden ticket to W***y Wonka’s chocolate factory!!
I have been in the chocolate room and the caramel doughnut room and can confirm it is the place of dreams!
You might just spot our milk there too 🤩🤩🤩
