A bit about me - My name is Alice and I have always loved crafty and personalised things, (whats not to love?!) 10 years ago it started out as a hobby for making gifts for family and friends and 8 years ago I decided to start a business out of what I love doing! From making gifts for a new home, new baby, wedding, birthday, hen party, baby showers, engagement, memorial, teachers, seasonal, pets, businesses, clothing, I can make something for all occasions. If you have a special request please feel free to send me a message. The name Upstairs Craftin - When my mum would message me to ask me what I was doing, 99% of the time I would reply that I was "Upstairs Craftin" in my craft room so that is where my business name came from. TERMS & CONDITIONS
* Payments must be paid in full at the time of ordering (Only large wedding orders can be paid in parts)
* Faulty Items must be reported within the first 28 days of receiving the item. A replacement or refund will be offered.
* No refunds will be given unless the item is faulty or if there has been a mistake on my part. * Upstairs Craftin does not take any responsibility for damaged postal items (you will have to contact the used mailers, Royal Mail, Evri etc)
* Photos must be sent to Upstairs Craftin as proof if the item is either faulty or if there was a mistake on my part.
* Care Instructions you may receive with certain items must be followed.
