〰️ When we feel like we can't keep going, somehow we do 〰️

Getting lost in my imagination and working in a more intuitive way rather than having a prescribed plan has become a big part of my work in the last year. No longer having the pressure of freelance work has given me more freedom to explore design that brings me joy and my latest design collaboration with Molke certainly brings me joy - let the Wiggles embrace you!

It might not look like it but drawing like this brings calm to my often chaotic mind and helps to bring me out of grumps and slumps. It is definitely one of my favourite things I've ever worked on and it makes me so happy to wear! You can wear it too!

Full disclosure I do work for Molke but I have no obligation to post. This design was created independently of my day job.

This is probably my favourite fabric design I've worked on. Definitely reflects the inside of my brain!

So excited to be working with Molke again!

We love a Wiggle Wednesday and this one is particularly Wiggly!

Our brand new Wiggles design by the awesome SPILTHdesign is a tribute to getting lost in your imagination and giving your mind time to wander.

Wiggles will be available from Friday in Original bra, along with your pick of high or mid rise briefs (bralettes will be incoming shortly too!)

Do you ever start a project thinking it will be a fun little experiment and then realise halfway through that it involves staring at your own face a lot? Phew! I'm not sure I have the patience to do any more of these but it was a super interesting challenge AND it had a purpose! Head over to CHIP collective to see why I made my face out of felt.

Weekend makes!

I've been looking through some old pics of my work for *something exciting* and I have caught the nostalgia bug reeeeeally badly.

Am I on the verge of reopening my shop?
Maybe... Yes.

I've been off work this week and have found some time to make something for myself. I was inspired to make this after reading the prompts for and picked the prompt of food.

During the first lockdown last year I was living closer to my Granny which meant I could help her with her messages and have lovely door step chats with her all summer. I really treasure those days and wanted to turn one of her wee shopping lists into something special so here is Granny's List - an embroidered shopping list on white felt. There is something very magical to me about recreating someone else's handwriting slowly and deliberately.

She did get some yeast but not on that shopping trip. Poor gal just wanted to make some pizza!

I have decided for the sake of my sanity, that the bauble pre-order will only be available through Instagram. I have added some Rainbows to the mix as they were well loved at markets last year and threes are nicer than twos...

As promised - a wee look at the little Uterus. There will be some ribbon so you can hang it on your tree (and curse at it if you are so inclined... I find it helps 😂)

I should say that this post and the one previously are not the preorder posts! I will do this at the weekend and post more info this week about how it will work. Both this and the Booble will have a quarter of their proceeds going to Endometriosis UK and Dundee Women's Aid.
