Connect CONNECT is part of the Advice Services department at Dundee City Council providing free, impartial advice to people in Dundee affected by Welfare Reforms.

What is CONNECT? The CONNECT service is a Lottery funded initiative from Dundee City Council providing free and impartial advice to people in Dundee affected by Welfare Reforms and benefit changes. What does CONNECT do? CONNECT officers can help with benefit checks and applications, form-filling, benefit sanctions, maximising income, Crisis and Community Care Grants, Discretionary Housing Payments

, fuel poverty, financial crisis, basic budgeting advice and much more. Where can I find CONNECT? There are seven CONNECT officers working throughout Dundee, holding drop-in and appointment based surgeries in community centres, libraries, drop-in cafes, shopping centres, and a host of other public areas.
