OVERGATE CAR PARK INSTALLATION UPDATE

We would like to thank all customers and tenants for their continued patience during the recent car park changes.

Due to ongoing delays, HOZAH’s parking system will not be installed this week. While we are disappointed by the delay to the installation at Overgate, we remain positive about a new approach to parking management.

In the meantime, please ensure you read and follow the existing signage when visiting the car park. Any questions regarding current parking operations should be directed to NCP, who continue to operate the site at this time.

We will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.

UPDATE.

Please be advised Bank Street Car Park will be closed tomorrow, Friday 4th September. This is to allow works to be carried out to replace all the NCP equipment and signage, by HOZAH.

HOZAH staff will be in the centre to answer any questions and help where required.

West Marketgait Car park and North Lindsay Street Car Park will be open as normal, with the usual opening hours and rates in place.

Please be assured that HOZAH is doing everything it can to work with NCP to ensure a smooth operational transition.

Existing NCP tenant passes will be honoured.

HOZAH remains positive and excited to take charge of the Overgate parking and introduce its innovative approach to car park management.

Thank you for your understanding. Further updates will be provided on the centre’s social channels as soon as the information is made available to Overgate.

🚨PUBLIC NOTICE

Due to unforeseen circumstances there has been a temporary delay in the transition of the Overgate car parks operation this week, from NCP to HOZAH.

All Overgate car parks will operate as normal until further notice.

There is no change to the opening times and charges.

This means Bank Street Car Park will be operating as normal and parking will NOT be free tomorrow, Thursday 3rd September, in West Marketgait and also the small open air car park located at the rear of Overgate.

🚨Please be assured that HOZAH is doing everything it can to work with NCP to ensure a smooth operational transition and that existing NCP tenant passes will be honoured.

HOZAH remains positive and excited to take over the Overgate parking and introduce its innovative approach to car park management.

BANK STREET Car Park will be CLOSED all day TOMORROW, Thursday 3rd September, due to centre parking operations changing over to Hozah.

Overgate customers will be offered free car parking in West Marketgait Car Park and also the small open air car park located at the rear of Overgate on Thursday 3rd September, 2026.

🚨 PLEASE BE ADVISED: Hozah representatives are at the Overgate Customer Service Desk tomorrow, Thursday 3rd September, and up to and including Saturday 5th September for anyone with a current NCP season ticket. The team will be happy to answer all queries relating to parking in Overgate.

Car Parking is changing at Overgate this Friday 4th September, 2026 🚘
