I’ve never seen the rowan trees in the hedgerows so heavy with berries before. The holly, apples, plums. They’re all laden. A sign of nature providing for a harsh winter ahead after a few years of dreich not that cold pattens? We’ll soon find out.

Soft set honey also known as creamed. We get asked ‘what is it?’ and ‘does it have cream in it?’ a lot!
Our creamed honey is 100% our own award winning honey with nothing added or removed. It’s churned (creamed) in a machine with slow moving paddles for 15 minutes every hour for 3 days until it reaches this ultra smooth creamy texture. It then ‘sets’ in the jar and becomes a spreadable honey. Still delicious. Still raw. Won’t run off your toast and down your sleeve!!
